Excalidraw: Empty canvas with onboarding guidance
Excalidraw is a drawing and diagramming tool for creating sketches, wireframes, and visual designs directly in the browser. This is the empty state that greets new users: a blank canvas with a top toolbar of drawing tools (shapes, lines, text, connectors, etc.), instructional callouts pointing to the toolbar and canvas area, and a central information card with the Excalidraw logo. Below are action links for opening files, accessing help, enabling live collaboration, and signing up. The layout emphasizes the drawing-first experience with prominent tool access and low-friction entry points for key features.
This is a static, crawlable rendering for search & AI engines. The interactive version — filters, live decode console, copy & export — is at https://mozaika.design/inspiration/excalidraw-virtual-whiteboard-for-hand-drawn-diagrams.
