Sleep tracking and analysis for visualizing sleep duration, stages, and quality metrics. The detail view presents a single night's sleep data with a timeline chart showing sleep/wake cycles in light and dark blue, a movement indicator strip, and a legend breaking down sleep stages (awake, REM, light, deep) by duration and percentage. Tab navigation at the top switches between "Today" and other time periods.
