Redfin — Feature
This product displays mortgage rate trends and current rates by loan type for users monitoring home lending costs. The design uses a two-line chart comparing 30-year fixed and 15-year fixed mortgage rates over a 12-month period (Aug 2025–Aug 2026), with a secondary section showing current rates by loan type. The chart features dual Y-axes with gridlines, clear legends, and data attribution to Freddie Mac.
This is a static, crawlable rendering for search & AI engines. The interactive version — filters, live decode console, copy & export — is at https://mozaika.design/inspiration/redfin-dual-line-chart-tracking-mortgage-rate-trends-over-12-months.
