Midjourney — design system & UI screens

AI · 1 screen · 7 sections · midjourney.com

An AI research organization showcasing their work in building AI models. The page features a dark navy code-themed background with the organization's mission statement, highlights their current and upcoming projects with a grid of AI-generated imagery (representing themes like vision, emotion, and human connection), and includes sections for careers, contact information, and support resources. Navigation is minimal with prominent Sign Up, Log In, and Explore call-to-action buttons.

Decoded design system

Midjourney's decoded design system: background #06051D, text #CAD5E2, accent #0F1C36, link #06051D, primary #06051D; type scale h1 30px / h2 20px / body 16px; 8px spacing base; 0px base radius. The single interactive/action color is #0F1C36 — used only on interactive or must-notice elements (buttons, links, key highlights), never on large fills.

Color roles

Role	Value
bg	`#06051D`
surface	`#111128`
border	`#23243A`
text	`#CAD5E2`
text_muted	`#7F8597`
primary	`#06051D`
accent	`#0F1C36`
link	`#06051D`
secondary	`#CAD5E2`
button_bg	`#0F1C36`
button_text	`#ECFDF5`

Using these colors

Action color #0F1C36 — the single interactive color; only on things you click or must notice, never large fills.
primary, link are all #06051D — one role, not several (the action color).
accent, button_bg are all #0F1C36 — one role, not several (the action color).
accent #0F1C36 — THE accent / action color — interactive & must-notice only (buttons, links, focus, one key highlight); never large fills or backgrounds. Scarcity is what makes it read as designed.
secondary #CAD5E2 — optional secondary accent — LOW decode confidence; use rarely (a status color or a single decorative moment) or omit it entirely. Prefer one accent unless the reference clearly shows two.
